6 Tips chăm sóc môi vào mùa đông hiệu quả cho các nàng

1. Uống nhiều nước

Giống như chăm sóc da, đôi môi cũng cần phải được tẩy tế bào chết. Việc loại bỏ lớp da chết cùng bụi bẩn son thừa trên giúp làm sạch sâu và đôi môi sẽ mịn màng và hồng hào hơn, tránh được tình trạng xỉn màu.
Việc tẩy da chết cho môi nên được thực hiện mỗi tuần từ 1-2 lần bằng nguyên liệu đơn giản có sẵn trong nhà mà bạn có thể tận dụng như chanh, đường, mật ong, banking soda.
3.Thoa son dưỡng
Đôi môi của bạn sẽ trông đẹp hơn rất nhiều nếu bạn biết cách dưỡng ẩm. Ngoài cách dưỡng ẩm cho đôi môi băng những nguyên liệu đơn giản dầu dừa, mật ong, dầu olive…thì việc sử dụng son dưỡng môi là cách đơn giản và tiện dụng nhất. Bạn có thể thoa son dưỡng môi trước khi ngủ, khi đi ra ngoài nắng, khi làm việc hàng giờ trước máy vi tính. Thậm chí sử dụng một lớp son dưỡng trước khi tô son vừa đảm bảo độ ẩm vừa giúp lên màu son đẹp hơn tươi tắn hơn
4.Không bóc môi, liếm môi
Chắc hẳn trong chúng ta ai cũng từng cho tay lên môi để cạy, bóc những mảng da môi bị bong. Khi thấy môi khô, nhiều chị em có thói quen xấu là liếm môi vì cảm thấy môi mềm hơn. Đây là những thói quen trong vô thức mà chúng ta vẫn thường làm mỗi khi rảnh rỗi. Thực tế, điều này chỉ làm cho đôi môi của bạn nhanh khô hơn và nứt nẻ nặng hơn.
